I have set up a 7 email flow for my sign up page.  I have tried to test each email with 4 email accounts (two of which is in my subscribers list), to see if the email flow works.  My klaviyo account states the email has been sent, but its never received.

I have check all spam and junk folders.  Smart Sending is switched off.  I have check my shopify and klaviyo domain email addresses match.  

My shopify email flow test messages work fine (when they are switched on), I have switched them off thinking I would prefer to use the klaviyo email flow…  

My free support seems to be unobtainable, despite only setting up my account last week…

Trying to get hold of a support agent within Klaviyo is almost impossible.

Any suggestions?
