Popup Minimized on Shopify Home Page

Hello,

My signup popup is minimized when someone accesses my Shopify home page. Please advise.

Hey Mary -- ah, that is the teaser that you have turned on for folks who have yet to sign up. Looks like it is behaving correctly but I would submit a support ticket incase there are any additional issues/edge-cases.

For new visitors to your site, they will be seeing the correct pop up in the middle of the page, and for folks who have already submitted their email, they should be seeing neither of those.

Thanks for yur help, Greg. My store site is shop.maryanndiorio.com. Here is a screenshot of the minimized popup. It appears in the lower left corner. In order to enlarge it, the viewer has to click on it. Previously, it used to appear enlarged in the middle of the screen upon access to the site.

@drmaryanndiorio Thank you for providing the link. Based on my review, it appears that a Shopify store is being utilized. Could you please elaborate on how this form was incorporated into the store? Was it embedded directly into the Shopify liquid files? Additionally, if the form was previously functioning correctly, could you share any changes that may have occurred recently?
