Previously, I have been able to copy language from Klaviyo to add to our Privacy Policies. Unfortunately, I have not identified where to access this language for email & SMS. Who’s got the skinny?

Hi @ColleenOTR!

We do have an example mobile program terms of service that you can view in this help article. We don’t host an example privacy policy, but our SMS privacy policy best practices article will help you get started on one. Note that this information is solely for educational and informational purposes, and should not be construed as legal advice. We strongly advise consulting a qualified legal counsel before publishing your terms of service and privacy policy.

Also, if you were just looking to find out where to edit this info, it would be on this page: https://www.klaviyo.com/settings/sms/terms-of-service
