+1I recently added reviews to our website, we are using the Shopify Flex Theme and when I added the carousel snippet and viewed it on mobile the images were stretched and it ruined how all product images are displayed on the homepage making it unusable. It looks ok on desktop.
We have had to manually add reviews onto the homepage as a temporary fix, but it’s time consuming and not sustainable.
Has anyone else had this issue?

From the way you’re describing the issue, this seems to be due to your site’s CSS forcing certain dimensions on the images, resulting in them getting stretched on mobile. That being said, if you send over a screenshot of how this appears, I can confirm wither it appears to be due to CSS.
My recommendation here would be to add some custom CSS to the widget to allow the images to auto-size on mobile, so the images aren’t forced to be the same size as the images on desktop. Let me know if this works.

Thanks for your response, yes I think you’re right this is how it looks on mobile compared to desktop. If you can tell me what custom CSS we should add that would be really helpful.

My apologies, but I unfortunately don’t have the ability to do this. Different Shopify themes are structured different ways, and each may require their own unique CSS to get this done. You’d want a developer with access to your store’s files to help out with this. If you don’t have a developer on your team, I’d recommend reaching out to one of our partners, who can work with you to help implement this.
