We use Google’s Workspace at our company and we are using Klaviyo for transactional and marketing emails.

Is it possible to see the emails that Klaviyo sends on our behalf (through out the flows we’ve set up) in any Gmail’s client sent tray?

There are other apps and services that already do this, so I was expecting to see this in Klaviyo. It would solve one problem we have with our CRM (It doesn’t have a convenient integration with Klaviyo and 3rd party extension are very expensive).

That’s a good question. Right now, this is not directly possible, unfortunately, since the emails are coming from Klaviyo, and not from a specific individual’s Gmail account. That being said, you can track these sends in Gmail through setting up internal alerts in your flows.

Adding an internal alert block to your flow allows you to send an email to somebody (or multiple people), to provide them info on who’s in a flow, the emails they received, and information associated with that. For example, you could add an internal alert block after the first email in your flow, that sends an email to you, letting you know who received that email and at what time that occurred. It’s not the same thing as logging the sent emails in the “sent” tab of an inbox, but can still record all of those sends, just in a slightly different way.
