Hi everyone,I’m Experiencing an issue with the klaviyo landing page editor. Whenever i try to type inside a text block, the text immediately clears itself.The issue only happens when i’m creating/editing a landing page. it only happens on this specific account. I’ve tried refreshing, Loging out and recreating text block, but the issue presists.Does anyone have any idea on what the issue might be?Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I’m Experiencing an issue with the klaviyo landing page editor. Whenever i try to type inside a text block, the text immediately clears itself.

The issue only happens when i’m creating/editing a landing page.
it only happens on this specific account.
I’ve tried refreshing, Loging out and recreating text block, but the issue presists.

Does anyone have any idea on what the issue might be?

Thanks for calling this out! Text blocks shouldn’t be clearing themselves out like that, so we definitely want to look into this further. Would you be able to take a screenshare/Loom video of this, and then reach out to our support team at Klaviyo.com/support? We can investigate, and if it’s indeed a bug, we’ll want to get it over to our product team to fix!
