Certificat bug

Hello,

I have completed all 8 courses of the Klaviyo Practitioner Certificate (French version) and passed the final exam with a score of 95%.

However, the course "Gérer vos profils, listes et segments" is showing 92% completion in the certification overview, although it shows 100% when I open the course.

I have already completed the quiz and cannot retake it.

As a result, my overall certification remains at 88%, and I cannot access my certificate or badge.

Could you please check my progress and help me resolve this issue?
