Adding Free Shipping Minimum Pop Ups to Cart?

My store is implementing a free shipping minimum order value and were hoping to include a pop up on the cart page telling them what they need to spend to get free shipping (ie. “Add $10 to your cart & get free shipping) - is this a capability in Klaviyo’s pop up forms?

Assign URL to custom form

We created a form in Klaviyo that asks our customers what would they like to see in a product.  It's just a form with about 3-4 text boxes and a submit button.  We created a separate list for the responses but the issue I’m having is how do I link the website to the form?  I would like to have a link on our site to the form. Thoughts?This is not a signup form - more like a survey.-Mike

How to add Logo, and Footer to Full screen newsletter

Hello,I am wanting to add a logo to the upper area of my full screen newsletter. How do I accomplish this? Right now Klayvio is only letting me add an image in the same stack of my form details. I would like to place the brand logo in the top nav-bar if you will of the page. I’m also wanting to add a ‘Terms & Privacy’ link in footer also not a part of the newsletter form area. Can anyone advise how to achieve this? Thanks!

I have seen the help form and the tutorial on how to change the list of a sign-up form, but I just cant find where to change it. The Klaviyo help center shows BUTTON CLICK ACTION. Where to get the short code for signupform

HiI need the SHORT CODE of my signup form. The problem is that I only see the HTML code of the signup form.But i don’t want it. The reason is that my wordpress templates doesn’t recognize/allow any custom HTML i paste on it. That is why I use short codes. Do you know? thanks!

Is my form submit rate right?

We have a 2.3% form submit rate on our popup. It is a two-page popup.On the first page, we give a 10% discount and ask for email address. In the second page, we upgrade it to 15% discount and ask for SMS number.Currently, we have 2.3% sign-up rate (which is very low)We want it to be at least 5%.Do we have a 2.3% rate because we have two pages? I mean, let’s say if we remove the second page of the popup, which is requesting SMS, can I say for sure that the conversion rate that is showing up on Klaviyo will increase?Basically, my question is: the 2.3% rate that’s showing up is the rate for both the first page and the second page, right?And if, for instance, I remove the second page, the form submission rate will definitely shoot up, right?Sorry for the long Q lol

How do I create a 3 step email/SMS/additional info form that auto applies a Shopify coupon to cart?

I am trying to create the following form:Step 1: Email captureStep 2: SMS capture & auto apply 20% discount to Shopify cartStep 3: Additional info captureStep 4: Thank youHere are the specific variables:Step 1 Enter email, submit takes you to next step which is the SMS form Exit closes the form into the lower left teaser Step 2 Enter SMS number, submit takes you to next step which is the additional info (name/age) form. Submit also auto applies 20% off coupon to Shopify cart “No thanks”, closes form into lower left teaser Step 3 Enter name and age, submit goes to thank you page No thanks, closes the form I have a few specific questions:How do I get the submit button on step 2 to auto-apply the coupon to their Shopify cart and also go to the next step (Step 3)? How do I associate the additional info submitted in step 3 to a single customer record? Are sign up forms with A/B tests removing duplicate views?

Are sign up forms with A/B tests removing duplicate views? Or will the same person who visits the page multiple times be counted as multiple views? Also, if the same person refreshes the page with the A/B test, could they be served the other variant? Is it tied to cookies/cache?

Success step not showing

Hey!So, I am customizing multi-step email and SMS popup and I have 2 questions.1) Is there any way through which I can get my customers' phone numbers (customers who are visiting my website on their phones) by asking them to type their phone numbers? Cause on the desktop you can just type your phone number while in phone you have to click on subscribe and it will take you to your text messaging app and you have to send a default text to me to subscribe to my SMS.   When I am customizing the whole popup in a mobile’s preview, the ‘success’ and ‘+ step’ options are disabled, while again in desktop they work perfectly fine

Hi there!So in this case I’ve set up a coupon form that only should face active profiles.No matter what, I cannot make the form show except when changing targeting to all visitors. Seems like Klaviyo is unable to identify profiles. Anyone else had the same experience?

Email sign up flow that will repeatedly perform with the same email address.

 am in need of java script or something for my email sign-up form on Klaviyo and would need to know how to apply it so I can duplicate…. Basically, I want to create a Flow triggered by an embedded sign-up form whenever someone fills out a form so that a person can receive the message multiple times, Not just once. I am using this as getting people's email address and give them freebies but if that only occurs once and they don't get any other freebies then that would be a problem.So, I would need this flow to occur whenever people sign up for it and needs to perform regardless of the times they put in their info. I am also intending to use this whenever I need to add freebies so I need to know how to apply and where as well.Can anyone help me with that? Thank you!

How can I populate a Klaviyo form with a customer's first name on Shopify?

When receiving the confirmation email and accepting to receive emails, subscribers are redirected to a hidden page inside a Shopify store where every product has a discounted price. When entering that hidden page, they get a pop up (from Klaviyo) that says:“{{ first_name }}, here is a small gift” In order to get that to show the users’ name, I should send the first name field from Klaviyo to Shopfiy by dynamically appending it to the URL. How can I do that?

Collecting preferences for specific promo events like Black Friday

Good day! I would like to collect customer email preferences for certain product promos for Black Friday and for this data to be saved as a property so I can segment customers accordingly. I.e I would like customers who sign up to receive our BF deals on our website to receive an email with selection of different promos that will be sent out over this time, i.e related to our training or related to our products and give them an option to select which offers they want to receive marketing about. How can I set this up and automate this in Klaviyo? Would it need to be done through a workflow for all people who subscribe to receive Black Friday marketing? Thanks,Lauren

Popup is collecting emails but not subscribing in shopify?

Hey guys, have been using Klaviyo for about a month now and on my Klaviyo dashboard it says over 3000 people have entered their email, but in Shopify when I send emails, it only sends to 1300 people. When I check my customer list I have all of the people from Klaviyo signups but set to ‘Not Subscribed’. Just wondering what I need to do to a) make the new signups automatically email subscribers, and b) subscribe all of the people who have already entered their emails. Hopefully this makes sense, and hope someone can help! Cheers

klaviyo overwrite my e-commerce styles

i have implemented a popup in my e-commerce, the problem i have detected is the following. when deploying i see a change in the size-weight of the h1 to h6 boostrap tags. before implementing the popup this style is in normal, but when implementing it changes to bold, and i do not want that to happen. because it alters the visualization of many things. i have tried to find a solution but i can not find anything, does anyone have any idea how to solve it?thanks in advance

Embedded Sign Up form is not displaying on mobile phone

Hi, I have created an embedded sign up form which is configured to display on a page within my Shopify store. - https://essentialpraxis.com/pages/skincare-giveawayI have configured the form to show on all devices (desktop and mobile). I have also configured all the blocks within the form to be displayed for all devices.The form can be viewed on desktop, but the form is not displaying on mobile.It is currently configured to show to visitors from Australia only, however it still doesn’t display if I show to all (not just targeting a specific location).I’ve also tried to  remove any protection from the browser, and have tried numerous browsers. This seems to happen to all mobiles.any ideas?

Hi,  I have created a leads ad in FB and will use my Klayvio sign up form URL to send them to when they click on the Ad button.  How do I get the Sign up form published without displaying in Shopify and do I need to add any code or links in the sign up form or just give the Ad the URL and I am good to go? Email not received from embedded form

Hi!I have set up three lists, one of which is linked to an embedded form that is integrated on my shopify page. When i test, my email does not reach the inbox.What i been looking at:I have the free version to test around and i’ve probably sent about twenty emails in total I have checked all lists and my segment for email audience but no double-opt in is active I have checked my whole email but the mail is nowhere to be found I have controlled the sending list on my embedded formDo anyone have any additional ideas? Thank you, E.

Adding lists to preferences page

I’m new to Klaviyo and I’m interested in giving people the option to subscribe to different lists on the “Preferences” page, rather than just unsubscribe from the “general” list. I see where to add blocks with custom text and options, but I don’t see how to link to the different lists… Is that even possible? Thanks!

My embedded form loads too slowly

Test videoI used GemPages（an App in Shopify) to design a landing page, which used Klaviyo elements, but I found that sometimes the Klaviyo elements in the landing page could not be displayed, and sometimes it was very laggy. Pop Up Timing

How do you measure the timing of when a pop up should appear after the page loads? Because showing too soon can discourage site visitors but showing too late we could miss an opportunity to capture email addresses? The average duration for a visitor on our homepage is 56 secs and 1 minute and 12 secs average duration for our website. We are looking to A/B test the seconds after the page loads vs the scrolling page percentage pop ups.
