How can I translate sign up form validation messages?

I’m looking for a way to translate validation messages used in sign up forms.The Language of the list is set to Polish but despite that the validation messages, like: “This field is required” or “Please enter a valid email address”  are presented in English and I’m unable to locate settings to either set them to Polish or translate.Please kindly advise.

How can I add an embedded form to a page on my Shopify Store?

To add a Klaviyo embedded form to your Shopify website, head to your store’s Pages (e.g., YOUR-STORE.myshopify.com/admin/pages). Then, select the page where you want the form to live or click Add page to create a new page.Click into the source (< >) for this page. Copy and paste the embedded signup form code into the source. Head to our article on How to Find Where to Paste a Form's Embed Code: Create an Embedded Form to learn where to find your embedded code.Finally, click Save and check that your form looks as expected.

Input Text Field with Multiple Lines

Is there a way to add a text input field that is multiple lines (similar to the input box that I’m writing this question within). I see Klaviyo has a text input block for forms but it’s restricted to one line.  I would like to have multiple lines where user can right multiple lines of text with paragraph breaks.    Is this possible? If not, what other service provides this that can be integrated with klaviyo?

Embedding Klayvio Signup Form in Wix Site

Hi! I’m having an issue following the documentation here to embed a form in the footer of my Wix site.  I’ve successfully added the klayvio.js code snippet (and confirmed it works using an anchor-link targeted landing page as described here), but when I add the embed DIV code in an HTML widget it doesn’t display.  Here’s the documentation from Wix on embedded HTML. I’ve checked that the form is published, there’s no targeting restrictions, etc. I’ve also tested adding the form in both the footer and the body of the site.  Any thoughts here? Thanks!

How do I install and publish a Klaviyo signup form on my website?

If you have an ecommerce integration with Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or Magento, the first step has likely already been completed during your ecommerce integration setup of Klaviyo's Web Tracking. The integrations listed above automatically install klaviyo.js when you set up our built-in integration.If you don’t use one of the above integrations or did not install Klaviyo’s Web Tracking, you’ll need to install the klaviyo.js below in your store’s main code.<script type="text/javascript" async src="https://static.klaviyo.com/onsite/js/klaviyo.js?company_id=Public API Key"></script>Be sure to replace Public API Key with your specific API Key which you can find in your Account > Settings > API Keys.Once you have this installed, all you need to do is navigate to the Signup Forms tab and create your form. Is there a way to clone a sign up form from one account to another?

Hey, we have 5 different Klaviyo accounts and would like to add a few sign up forms. However, creating a new signup form for each of the accounts is really a pain.Is there a way to clone a signup form to another account like with the flows or templates?

I have a password protected landing page on my Shopify store and my subscribers aren't being added to a list. What should I do?

This is likely happening due to your signup form not being configured properly to ensure that new signups get added to your list. There are two main steps to take to resolve this issue! The first will take place in your Klaviyo account and the second will take place from your Shopify Admin page. Ensure you’re logged into both for a speedy fix! Login to Klaviyo, navigate to the Integrations tab, and select your Shopify integrationFrom here, ensure that the “Subscribe customers who Accept Marketing to a Klaviyo list” check box is selected. If it isn’t, check this box and select the list you’d like subscribers added too. Changing button background colour for out of stock notifications

Hi all, I’m currently trying to alter the background colour of the ‘Notify me when available’ button. From looking through the code, I can alter the modal button which is simple enough, but for changing the button on the actual product page I can’t see any immediate way to change this.  klaviyo.enable('backinstock',{ trigger: { product_page_text: 'Notify Me When Available', product_page_class: 'btn', product_page_text_align: 'center', product_page_margin: '0px', replace_sold_out: true }, There doesn’t appear to be any way to change this in Shopify’s visual editor when changing colours, and after reading through the documentation on Klaviyos Back in Stock styling, I can’t see anything on there either. Currently the button looks like this -  But I have been able to alter the modal so it appears like so -  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Contact Form Submission Error: “An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”

Hi,I have integrated Klaviyo with my Shopify and Gempages site, and I have a form now successfully showing up on one of my pages.However, when I go to submit the form I get the following error:“An error occured when submitting. Please try again later.”I have gone through the help page and double checked that the button is a “submit” button and that the list it is submitting to exists.​​​​​​​Any help would be much appreciated.

Using javascript to pass UTMs from an inbound URL into Klaviyo via their API

Hello,We are using embedded Klaviyo forms on our marketing landing pages built with Zipify in Shopify.  I want to pass UTMs from the inbound URL via hidden fields in a Klaviyo embedded form to Klaviyo.  The reason for doing this is for marketing source attribution for a Profile.  However, Klaviyo support tells me that this is not supported.  They say the best way to accomplish this is to use javascript to get the UTMs parameters and push them into Klaviyo via their API.I have a script that gets the UTMs (Source, Campaign, Medium, Content, Term) and then pushes those to Klaviyo. I need to activate this upon Button Submit for the Klaviyo Embedded Form.  Can anyone tell me how best to trigger the script upon Button Submit?Thanks!Roy

I really am driving myself round the bend with this - please stay with me!I have a shopify platform linked to my klaviyo. I have two newsletter links, one klaviyo direct that pops up, and the other a shopify static linked back to Klaviyo at the bottom of my website page. I am having sign ups daily to the klaviyo pop up, my stores are integrated but these people are still showing as ‘unsubscribed.’ On their activity feed it says ‘form submitted by profile’ does this mean they have actively completed the marketing form? I can only assume these are the people that ‘signed up’ by going to the metrics tab and looking at the ‘form submitted’ metrics but then it says unsubscribed. Am I looking in the wrong place? Either way there is a misalignment as my master list is not populating by the amount of sign ups Klaviyo is saying I am receiving a day…. Any advice? :(

Why does the signup form display with close button in a focus state?

I don’t understand why Klaviyo would do this, since what we want is the user to submit the form and this completely distracts from the primary objective. I’ve looked through settings and tried all sorts of things but have not been able to find a solution.Have others faced a similar issue? Is it the design template I’m using? Or is this the case with all the templates?I saw someone else ask the same thing just a few days ago but there were no responses. So I’m thinking maybe it’s just me. What am I doing wrong?

Hello, I am trying to set up a flow where I get notified when a customer joins my list.I saw “You can also customize the triggered notification to include all key details about the new subscriber as well as any form data that got populated to their profile after filling out your form.” - how do I get this information included on the notification email?

Lead magnet to new and existing contacts

Hi. I’m setting up a lead magnet for a client. This will be an embedded form on a landing page on the website. I think I know how I can deliver the freebie AND add them to the welcome flow, but how can I offer this same freebie to existing contacts via the embedded form.They’ll likely see it and want it too, but they’ll already be signed up.How can I do this?

Still NO textarea input field?

Hi thereIt's amazing: Klaviyo has many good features, but it doesn't have a textarea input field. Imagine you have to enter more than two words in a form field, the description of a problem, for example. You'll go crazy if it's all on one line. Can't remove Form Teaser

Hello all, The form teaser is stuck on our homepage and we don't know how to remove it.I know what is the regular way to delete it (as part of the sign-up form). But even now that we have deleted all sign-up form, the form teaser is still there.Any thoughts? Thank you.Olaf

Why Are Both Shopify and Klaviyo Sending Confirmation Emails for Double Opt-In?

Hey there,I just started using Klaviyo and I love it but I am running into one major problem. I think it is great that the integrated signup forms in Shopify sync with Klaviyo but it results in one issue for me: the Shopify system as well as the Klaviyo system send confirmation emails for the double opt-in. Problem is, I cannot disable double opt-in on Shopify because that would mean anyone can sign up (including bots) and I also cannot disable double opt-in on Klaviyo because double opt-in is required in my country.Does anyone know how to work around this issue?Any help is appreciated.Thank you,

How to close a teaser?

I can’t figure out how I add a close function to a teaser.I know users want to be able to get rid of a teaser even when they didn’t signup.Is this not possible with Klaviyo?

Why are my double opt-in confirmation emails going to spam?

Double opt-in confirmation emails may go to spam if your account's default From Address is a free mailbox provider, like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com, etc. To update your account's default from address, navigate to Account > Contact Information > Organization and update your Default From / Reply-To address. You can set up a forwarding address if you don't already have a business email associated with your domain. For example, if your default From Address is a Gmail address, you can set up an alias to have emails forwarded from your public From Address to your personal inbox.

Get notified when someone fills out a form

Depending on your business, you might have some forms on your site intended for high-touch customers, and you want to be notified when someone joins that list. So how can we make that happen?At this time, Klaviyo does not have a built-in notification that you can receive when a customer fills out a signup form, but with flows you can make sure you know when someone has been added. Below are two easy ways to do this: You can CC or BCC the desired email on the first message of a flow triggered by the list your customer joins when filling out the form. You will add this CC or BCC on the content page for the first email of the flow. When the customer fills out your form and joins your list, they will enter the flow and receive the first email of the flow — you will then receive that email as well to your inbox notifying you of the customer subscription to your list.
