I moved my business away from the discounting method for a long time now. For me if customers are buying purely on price. That's a failure on my side. A small business so much more to offer than sales/promotions. That's not how I run my business. I do believe in personalisation. I recently created cycles incorporating products based on both personal experience & from customers. It's give a more clearer direction to the business. Because now your targeting the right people. People whom are actually interested & not just active time wasters.

Hey @blessedhandsbeautybar

I love your approach.

One thing worth doing if you haven't already: track engagement depth, not just open and click rates. Customers who read your emails but never buy during a promotion period are often your most receptive audience for personalized recommendations. They're interested, just not price-motivated. Klaviyo's predictive analytics and product feed integrations can help surface the right products to those specific people at the right time, which is where the personalization you're building really starts to pay off.

Cheers
