Hi everyone,
How do you all segment your customers. Currently, I just do based off engagement, but I know I could do much more. We also send about 3 emails a week to those people and I am worried about list fatigue, but I do not really have the bandwidth to create multiple emails for multiple segments.
What is your sending cadence and what have you found to be the best way to segment your audience?
For context, I work for a CPG company.
