Welcome to the Klaviyo Community!
At present, both adding a custom catalog source and creating/updating flows is not supported via our API.
To add a custom catalog, I would suggest taking a look at our Sync a custom catalog feed to Klaviyo Developer Guide.
Additionally, creating and updating a flow using our API is not supported at this time due to the many complexities that come with building a flow such a defining the various time delays for a flow, not to mention the various filters that can be applied to a flow. For this reason, when building or updating a flow, you’ll still want to do so within the native Klaviyo interface.
