If you are referring to Facebook Lead Ads (where a user can submit an email address without leaving Facebook or Instagram directly), then all you need to do is setup the Facebook Advertising Integration with Klaviyo to sync your Leads from Facebook to a Klaviyo List.
Once you do that, you can configure the “Lead Ad Settings” to specify the a Lead Ad connection to a List. The details are in this step by step guide:
