Klaviyo Reviews stuck on WooCommerce after migrating to Shopify - no review requests

We migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify, but our existing Klaviyo Reviews store association still appears tied to WooCommerce.

All recent Shopify orders show "Missing data" under Reviews → Orders and link to "Open in WooCommerce". None generates a genuine Ready to Review event.

The Shopify integration and Klaviyo Reviews app are installed and connected, and Shopify order/fulfilment events are arriving.

Reviews setup has no option to change the associated ecommerce platform.

Has anyone resolved this without deleting their existing Reviews configuration or reinstalling the working Shopify integration?

We need a supported way to correct the Reviews platform association without triggering historical review requests or losing existing settings.

Hi Gisela,
Based on my review of our documentation, we do not have a supported self-service way to repoint Reviews from WooCommerce to Shopify while keeping the existing Reviews data intact.

Unfortunately, our documented migration process is to have Support/Reviews clear the old Reviews integration, reconnect Shopify, and re-import exported reviews; the clear deletes Reviews data, so it is not a non-destructive fix.

For your case, do not disconnect or reinstall the working Shopify marketing integration, and do not run a reviews reset if preserving the existing Reviews setup is a requirement.

If you are on a paid account, I recommend creating a ticket with our Support team, then from there we can have our Reviews team evaluate the situona and confirm whether they can repair the reviews platform/order mapping non-destructively. If you are not on a paid account or cannot open a support ticket, please let me know and I will create this on your behalf with the appropriate details!

In the meantime, keep the Shopify review-request flow off or in Draft until Shopify orders produce valid Ready to Review events. Don’t enable collection from past orders as a workaround: that feature can generate retroactive requests, is one-time, and is limited to orders within 60 days and 1,000 orders.
