Hello - I went through all the steps in this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4425956184731.
However, behavioral events are still not working. The typical Klaviyo events such as “Initiated Checkout” works, but the behavioral events such as “add to cart” or “Active on Site” are not.
I tried disabling the integration and re-enabling it and toggling my app embed off and on again. Any ideas on how to get it to work?

Just checking, have you followed the section in that help page for “Test Active on Site and Viewed Product tracking”?
For the active on site, viewed product, and add to cart events to be captured, Klaviyo must first cookie the profile (which the steps in the above section does for a test email). If all is working OK you will see an active on site event on the profile for that test email. Add to cart too if you take that action.
The action of starting a checkout cookies a new user as they have provided their email address which may be why you’re only seeing those events captured.
