Dashboard Data is rounded up on delivery / open / click / purchase rate

Question

Hi,On my dashboard for the account, the funnel card has changed to be rounding up my stats. For example my delivery rating is 100% - but normally it would show as 99.78%Open rate is showing 66% but it would normally be 65.78%For click rate it is showing as 2%, but it should be 1.6% I reached out to support but they say this is normal, however in the document for the dashboards the examples Klaviyo shows are showing decimal points. It’s causing a lot of extra work for me and not giving a full insight into the performance. Is anyone else experiencing this?  What my account is looking like: What Klaviyo dashboard doc says it should look like:

Heard back from support and they are reversing this.

“Engineering team has reverted a release that rounded the stats! Now they should show with the decimal.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with!”

I’ve noticed the same thing. It looks like Klaviyo has changed the funnel card to round percentages instead of showing decimals. The data may be unchanged, but losing the extra precision makes reporting harder. Hopefully they add an option to show exact percentages again.
