Hi,
On my dashboard for the account, the funnel card has changed to be rounding up my stats.
For example my delivery rating is 100% - but normally it would show as 99.78%
Open rate is showing 66% but it would normally be 65.78%
For click rate it is showing as 2%, but it should be 1.6%
I reached out to support but they say this is normal, however in the document for the dashboards the examples Klaviyo shows are showing decimal points. It’s causing a lot of extra work for me and not giving a full insight into the performance. Is anyone else experiencing this?
