Just to clarify, are you trying to track the Google Form completion as a “Google Analytics Goal” or are you trying to get that completion into Klaviyo as a Custom Event?
If you are interested in the latter, Google Forms does not have a native integration with Klaviyo yet. However, there’s a few alternate ways to get Google Forms into Klavyio that you may want to explore here:
