Since about 5 Weeks, my klaviyo / woocommerce Integration does not track sales anymore. It worked properly for month. Does anyone hava the same issues and maybe a solution for that? In klaviyo backend it track “started checkout” but no sales are tracked (yes there are sales for shure ;-).

Would be happy for some inputs/thoughts.

Hi @the_sauce_guy ! Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

It sounds like you aren’t seeing revenue being tracked in your account - my first suggestion would be to go into your metrics page (https://www.klaviyo.com/analytics/metrics) and search for the ‘Placed Order’ metric. From here, you can see whether or not placed orders are being synced into your account. If so, that tells us that your integration is working as expected!

If you suspect that there are missing placed order events from WooCommerce, then I would suggest reaching out to our Support Team so they can take a look at your integration on the backend to make sure all of the syncs are healthy! Typically when this happens, it means that there has been either a historical or periodic sync error.

I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any additional questions!
