Abandoned cart trigger doesn't work after installing snippet

Hi everyone!

I’m a bit lost here and I don’t know what to check next.

I’m using Klaviyo with Shopify (www.poolito.com), where I’m using the COLOR Theme.

I wanted to get the “Add to cart” event so I went ahead and followed the Klaviyo guide for this (https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001396711): when the “standard snippet” didn’t work, I tried installing the ID button snippet in my theme.liquid section, (see attachment).

Despite having followed all the steps, the event is not triggered  and I really don’t know what to try next.

Can anyone help?
