We’ve been using both the flows create and flow-actions update API endpoints for well over a year. Yesterday, we started seeing HTTP 500s across the board on customer accounts with our integration (Grid & Pixel) installed. The responses for these HTTP 500s have no detail so it seems likely an unhandled exception on the server.

Here are reference failing request callIds that hopefully we can get in front of Klaviyo developers to help point us in the right direction.

Flows create

Flow action update

274f56fa-61c5-4d81-9d3c-f8888e0b71bf

This is a major disruption to our business and any help is appreciated.
