Get Events by Campaign with API

Is there a way to filter the get events query by campaign attribution? I can filter by metric id of course but in the case of a customer I am working with, they have a large amount of events coming in and even limiting the time-range to within a month and then manually filtering by campaign is taking a bit too long. I know I can do this on the metric query aggregates endpoint but then that endpoint doesn’t provide me with the additional details within the event that I am interested in.
