At this time, you can’t get the HTML content of an email via API. However, as exhibited in our Developer Portal documentation about the Get Flows endpoint, you can retrieve the subject line and preview text in the response:

For context, access to emails via API would be really helpful for being able to get a snapshot view of what we are actually serving to our audience right now - without having to click into different emails in different flows. My intent was to build a similar tool to Meta Ads Library, for this purpose.

Basically, we don't improve what we don't see - and because flows emails are a bit painful to click back into and review - we largely 'set and forget'
