Hi, if I have Shopify integration, after reading the Shopify and Klaviyo documentation, I want to clarify if I can generate a custom product feed from Shopify API that will include products and product variants, save this json somewhere on my server, and set a link to this json as a custom catalog in Klaviyo, and then use this catalog as a product feed for dynamic emailing?

Yes, you can sync the catalog via the Custom Catalog settings and then work with the unique variant ID/SKU’s thorughout your setup. This is what enables you to differentiate between variants and pull in more information than the standard product catalog from Shopify/Klaviyo.
