Does anyone know if it’s possible to pass in a query string parameter to hide/stop a Klaviyo popup from showing please?

Thanks!

Hi @mttd.studio!

I believe what you’re looking for is the custom trigger option in a form’s Targeting & behavior settings. When you’re editing a form, click on Targeting & behavior in the left-side menu:

Then, click “Only show on custom trigger”, and scroll down to find the Custom trigger section:

Here, you can add code that allows you to custom-trigger the popup form. Here’s our Developer article on this if you’re interested:

I hope this helps, and thanks for using the Community!

Thanks Brian, that’s close, but it’s actually the opposite. I’m looking for a trigger that will stop the popup from showing. This is to stop the popup from showing when running pagespeed tests. Otherwise I would like the popup to show as normal.

Thank you though!

Hi @mttd.studio!

At this time, it’s only supported to control when a pop-up does appear based on the options listed above. Your exact case may be achievable by completely customizing the form, but that would constitute a use case that’s beyond the scope of community/support. However, it’s possible that one of our wonderful Official Partners could assist you with this task!

Best,

Brian
