Hi Mathilde are u talking about the Klaviyo’s web interface? or feeding data via API and other methods? could you elaborate where is slow?

I’m not having any issues, and the Klaviyo Status page is not reporting any issues across the system.
Could this be a local issue either with your connection or device?

I want to let you know that you’re not crazy and both me and the marketing team that uses Klaviyo experience these minor issues all the time. Sometimes it’s flow stats not loading, sometimes it’s segments not being created, sometimes conditional steps don’t show their properties, etc.
Although we haven’t seen any increase in these issues– they’re all intermittent, and they’ve been around since we started using Klaviyo ~4 years ago.
Usually a simple refresh fixes everything, but for the less tech savvy this can be quite annoying.
I don’t think there’s anything we can really do about this… but I wanted to let you know that your issues resonate with every Klaviyo user at my company
