Strange overflow behaviour on the email editing UI

Hi, this is new since the last time we edited a campaign.

If we have markup in the product title it overflows strangely in the editing UI, and it’s necessary to horizontally scroll to see everything there, as some controls are pushed outwards to the end, and thus invisible. That sidebar doesn’t present a scrollbar when this happens, so the only ways to know there are hidden controls is to scroll horizontally via mousescroll or tab through the fields.

(This is current Chrome on Win 10).

Could this be flagged for a UI improvement please?
