I would like to know if this is possible to update the datas of the “Placed Order” Woocommerce Event to include the datas from “YITH WooCommerce Delivery Date Premium” plugin please ?
I’ve tried to push datas in Javascript to an “Placed Order” event, but it created a custom “Placed Order”, in addition of “Placed Order” event of Woocommerce.
Essentially, updating any pre-existing/pre-recorded event data within Klaviyo is currently not supported. I would imagine a potential solution would be creating your own custom event which already has the concatenation of your WooCommerce Placed Order event with your YITH WooCommerce Delivery Date Premium data to achieve what it was you were looking to accomplish.

Ok, I well noted the solution of the custom event, but just to be sure, there is no way to add custom datas to the event created by the WooCommerce Klaviyo plugin (I mean, before it is recorded)?
I wouldn’t be surprised if there was a way to apply custom data as part of a WooCommerce event. However, such custom data would not be synced over to Klaviyo as part of a standard WooCommerve event. This is because only the standard, predetermined data points will be passed over and accepted.
For example, if you were able to add a custom variable as part of the WooCommerce’s Placed Order payload, that additional custom variable would not be recognized by Klaviyo when synced and be omitted from the payload. Just to re-iterate, a custom event that includes this additional custom variable would synced to Klaviyo without issues. It’s simply that there are predetermined data structure when dealing with native integration related metrics.
