Hello everyone!

My names is Leslie Allicks, Founder and CEO of The Tea Experience-a full service tea party catering business that sells organic loose leaf teas, tea-themed accessories, and a tea of the month subscription box service (called SimpliciTEA).

I’ve been in business since 2007 where I opened a brick and mortar space (Lola’s Tea House) and then changed the business model to what it currently is now.

As a solopreneur and brand new to Klaviyo, I am NEED of “how to’ support in navigating through even the basics of Klaviyo so I can better identify my ideal customer and use Klaviyo effectively to achieve the best marketing and sales for The Tea Experience.

Hope to connect soon!

Leslie

Hi @Leslie A

So glad you are here! And what a cool idea! I am a major tea drinker so I really appreciate what you are offering 😊

We definitely have some great how-to resources. In fact, we have a Getting Started path on the Klaviyo Power Up.

That should get you started out, but you always have your community to lean on to. Thank you for sharing your story!

Hi @Leslie A! Welcome to the Community!

You will find a wealth of knowledge from Klaviyo customers, partners, and champions with many resources at your disposal. The Getting Started path that @chloe.strange recommended is the perfect place to start. Below are a few more resources that should help you learn the platform and overcome challenges as you learn. Contacting the Klaviyo Support team via chat and/or email is also an effective tool in solving any specific challenges as you work in the platform.

And, of course, you’re always encouraged to share your challenges and questions right here in the Community, as we have an engaged network of experienced Klaviyo users who love to help. :)

Welcome along @Leslie A!

I’m also a total tea geek so can definitely relate haha.

As Adam & Chloe mentioned above Klaviyo has a ton of great trainings and resources to get started. The community here is great too so if you get stuck on anything - ask away!

Thanks
David
