I recently earned the Klaviyo Product Certificate, but the name on my credential currently shows as “Academy Student”. I would like to have it updated to my correct name, Bilal Ahmad.
Could anyone guide me on the process to update the name on my certificate, or let me know who I should contact at Klaviyo to get this corrected?

This is possible! A step-by-step guide is on our Klaviyo Academy Site, under the “How do I change the name associated with my digital credentials?” heading.
In short, you’ll need to log into your Accredible Credential Wallet Account and submit a Name Change Request. You should see this change reflected within 3 business days! Let me know if you have any questions about this process.
