Client account is disabled & I'm unable to access all clients account.

Hi there, This is an urgent request. One of my client account & disabled & because of that I'm unable to access any of my client kalviyo account because I'm unable to switch account. Please switch my kalviyo account to the one Im admin so that I can access all other account while my client can contact kalviyo for account reinstate.

Show/Hide Syntax Based on Item Purchased

Hello,I’m updating our “Order Confirmation” transactional email in Klaviyo and need help building a dynamic content block that only appears when someone has purchased a specific item in their order. What syntax am I supposed to use? Use case: Someone purchases our Match Beauty Bundle Subscription and we want to display a disclaimer that tells them that the price will decrease during their second month. Thanks in advance! John

Double Opt-In and Signup Forms

Hi Klaviyo Team,In our setup we have multiple Klaviyo forms on our website that require submitters to check an opt-in checkbox that sets the consent property to “email”. After that, the double opt-in (DOI) email is triggered from our main list to those contacts. An additional custom property injects the form contacts into a segment, followed by a flow triggered by that segment.So far, I thought this is working properly.However, I just realized that flows operate completely independently of the DOI status. This means, for example, that flows trigger emails to contacts that have not confirmed their DOI. I assume this is because the checkbox of the form already sets the consent property to “email”. Nevertheless, in GDPR countries it is crucial that a flow waits until the contacts confirms the DOI before sending emails.Right now, I see two options:Create a flow filter so only contacts enter the flow that have the custom property AND are also in the main list (therefore DOI must be confirme

Images duplicating when email is forwarded

When I forward my email it duplicates the header and the signature image block. We are using the image block as suggested and it is still not working. Can you assist?

Browse Abandonment Flow for Shopify - How to show what other customers browsed

Hi thereI’ve just set up my first Browse Abandonment flow using the standard template.   I want to add products other customers have browsed in the email too. I have created a feed based on product views - and added a product block.   How can I further segment this so that women only see womens products, men only mens products, and where someone has looked at dog items or unisex items - they only see relevant content?ThanksCaroline

Can I retarget blog readers like browse abandonment?

I’d like to send product recommendations to people that read our blog and leave without viewing the products. Can I install a tracking code on my blog pages so that this would trigger browse abandonment flow? For example, if we’re a tour company: reads blog article “top 10 things to do in Venice” and leaves receives email - “save on Venice tours” with the tours being the product blocksthoughts?

I want to re-create an order in the replenishment flow

Hi,  Like you can do {{ organization.url }}/checkout?wck_rebuild_cart={{ event.extra.CartRebuildKey }} to rebuild a cart from dropoff. I would like to do the same in the replenishment flow. So the customers easy can refill all of the products in one click.  Thanks!

Missing countries from properties about someone

Good morning,I have an issue regarding locations in Klaviyo.I’m working on a flow and I’d like to send alternative emails to users coming from certain countries.The problem stems from the fact that there are certain countries I can’t find in conditional splits under properties about someone - country.Do you have any advice or fixes?Thanks in advance :)Georges

I accidentally sent 10K subscriber emails but i'm on the first plan (1500)...how did that work?

i’m baffled what happened, I basically had an opt-in email list after collaborating with a huge national company for a competition and we got a really good participation rate, which meant I had 10K emails consenting to subscribe to our newsletter. Great, I didn’t think, and added them all to my email list via import, forgetting that each subscriber is actually sent a flow that welcome’s a new subscriber and gives them a discount.Of course this means over 10K people got sent a welcome email from our flow, not a campaign. So how did this work? I did get 2-3 notfiications that a few ££ had been taken out of my bank account, not large amounts, literally 2-3£. I’m now wondering whether klaviyo is about to destroy my business account with a huge bill of 300-400 dollars because they sent out 10,000 emails to 10,000 profiles? Profiles Monthly Usage 12,000 of 1,500 active profiles806% usedEmails Monthly Usage12,759 of 15,000 emails sent What happened, how do I fix this for next time?

The icons in the text block are not displayed when sending them

In my footer section I have some icons for my customers to access my social networks. The problem is that these icons are not displayed and only the text is seen. for this I use the split block. Klaviyo email subscription auto-upgrade question

Hi Community!  I have another question. I’ve been reading about how Klaviyo charges for each plan, but I just can’t understand it correctly.  My account is set up for auto-upgrade, and right now I’ve exceeded my active profile limits. What does this mean? Or what should I expect in terms of my next payment?  The only information I see on my account is that my current plan will have a higher price due to recent updates in Klaviyo pricing. That I get it, but this new price still shows the same amount of profiles and emails I currently have, so I’m still worried if I’ll have to pay more since I have more active profiles than the ones on my plan.I’m so confused because I read that Klaviyo will never upgrade my plan (even if I have the auto-upgrade?), but prevent me for sending an email blast that counts more profiles that my plan allows, is this true?Hope you can help me because I really need help with this :(

How do I use metric-triggered flow to target customers that purchase multiples of 1 product?

Hi,I’m trying to target a Flow at customers that have purchased the same product multiple times in their first order but I’m not sure how best to do this.For example I want to target a customer that purchased Product A with a quantity of up to 7.How can I do this without using a segment?Thanks in advance!

Where can I drop feedback for Klaviyo UI improvements?

I have a few thoughts on ways to improve the Klaviyo User Interface and I wondered if there is a Forum Topic to offer feedback on this. It would be AWESOME if I could actually SEE the campaign I sent without having to click into the analytics. Like add the View Campaign link to the drop down/hover menu on the campaigns screen instead of having to click into the campaign to view it. I would like to be able to schedule the same email on a recurring basis. I send a weekly reminder about my Five Dollar Friday sale and right now I have to go in and set up two separate emails (two list segments) and schedule them to send but it’s the same email every week. Why not let me set it up to send every week automatically? Like a recurring event in Outlook or something One page with all the subscribe links for my various lists would be amazing, having to click into the list, click the subscribe/preferences page, click on the subscribe icon is TOO MANY CLICKS!  The new editor doesn’t work well for me.

Hey, I want to set up the back in stock functionality via API for Shopify. I was following this this guide but I am facing an issue with CORS policy:Access to fetch at 'https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe' from origin 'https://blabla.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.If I got it right, the issue is that the klaviyo domain is not passing Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header in the response. Do you have an idea how to fix that?And what is the difference between https://manage.kmail-lists.com/ajax/subscriptions/subscribe and https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/catalog/subscribe ?Many Thanks,Tristan

Why am I getting a 500 Server Error?

Hello, Ive been using klayvio just fine for some time now. However in the past couple of weeks we’ve been getting strange emails from customers and basically its because the flow triggers arent working in klayvio due to our periodic sync not working. Ive contacted support and they inform me that it is a 500 server error and its likely due to woocommerce not being set up proplerly? Seeing as I am the one who manages woocommerce can someone please help me with this issue as it has been working fine for months. could it be due to the new wordpress update?  I have made sure plugins are up-to-date and I have deleted them and re-integrated and re synced old data but I still seem to be getting this error.  I have also put in a request to my server host to add what support suggested. Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated as the support guy couldnt really give me anything to work on except for essentuially ask someone else!

My welcome flow is not working

Hello! I am hoping to find some help with my welcome flow. I have created a pop up on my shopify account to collect email and phone numbers. I linked my flow to that list and made sure my shopify integration was working properly. I am getting names, emails and phone numbers on my list but the emails are not being sent out. I was hoping to get some help. Thank you

{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} doesn't rebuild my cart (Shopify integration)

Hi Community!  I’m having troubles with my abandonment cart flow. Already checked a lot of related responses here in the community, but none helps me get through it. Hope you can help me.  The thing is that “Recover my cart” button on my emails doesn't rebuild the cart. The body of the email is fine and it shows the products my clients left behind, but when hitting the button it goes directly to the home page.  I started using the {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} when noticed the problem, and changed it for{{ event.extra.responsive_checkout_url }} which is currently on my emails, but the problem remains. My eCommerce is in Shopify and the trigger of the flow is the Checkout Started event. One important thing. I’m noticing this error with my own user. After running some test and reviewing my site, I met the conditions to be part of the flow and successfully received the email, but with the issue with the button. Could be a specific problem with my email and not with the flow? My concern i

Resend Email Confirmation (Double Opt-In)

Problem: User signs-up, but does not complete or forgets to complete double opt-in confirmation. User is not imported into Welcome Series Email. There is no way to resend confirmation email on a follow-up/reminder basis.Proposed Solution: A confirmation follow-up queue that sends a friendly reminder to the user in X days if they haven’t finished confirming their email.Benefits: This ensures that users that intended to sign-up but did not complete the confirmation, or forget to complete it, will be reminded at a later time and receive the content they signed up to receive. This also avoids headaches for Klaviyo users because it allows this process to automated based on the reminder sequence they select.

Product Titles on Flows

I have an Abandoned Cart flow set up and the product titles are all showing up in one group below the images. I am trying to figure out how to have the product name under the corresponding product image. any insights?  Thank you!

Hi, I have a problem that the Unsubscibe link, links to an unknown and unsecure page. You know when the browser state that the landing page is unsecure and donsent recommend you to proceed.How to solve this?Dedicated sending domain?The funny thing is, that its only a problem at some mail clients, any anwsers to this?

Unable to See Klaviyo Form Submissions Events in Google Analytics / Shopify
