Are Click to Text and 2-tap for SMS the same thing?

I’m working on collecting more phone numbers from existing email subscribers and would like to enable a pop-up on my website targeting email subscribers not signed up for texts. I would also like to include a Tap to Text form in email campaigns. In the “Guide to Collecting SMS Consent, “ the article mentions using Click to Text form in emails and on mobile, but in the Forms Gallery, I only see 2-Tap for SMS forms. Are 2-Tap for SMS and Click to Text two different types of forms? If so, what’s the difference? Guide to Collecting SMS Consent

Cart Abandon Email - Product name language

Hi Community, Hope you are well.May I ask how can I control the product language in “Cart Abandon Email”? It seems that Klaviyo pull the product data directly from our Shopify store (default language now is English), and we actually have 3 languages translated by Langify. We would like to have localized Cart Abandon Email for non-English user. Can anyone advise what should we do to achieve that? Many thanks!

The issue of klaviyo billin plan

Hello, we have some questions about klaviyo's charges; we found that when we opened an email Billing that only supports 5,000 people, and we had 10,000 customers, and we split them into two 5,000 segments, I would can email them using my 5000-only billing plan, even though they're different users; so that means, even if I don't use a 10,000-customers-only mail plan, but a 5000- customers plan, I can still Send mail to all my customers. What is the reason for this please? Is klaviyo billing plan based on the maximum number of customers that sent in a single send?here the picture to prove this issue furtherly.And we find we only could send 50 000 email in next month, could someone pls tell the reason?

Is there a way to target online vs. in-store purchasers?

I want to target customers who have only bought online and not visited our store. The shopify properties don’t seem to represent the difference between online and POS purchases. Anyone done anything like this before?

Why does customer service never respond?

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any provider. \ Multiple service concerns in queue for 5+ days, a perfunctory answer on only one of them. Nobody ever answers chat. I have it up waiting for a response literally all day. What is going on where you can’t service customers paying as much for their email client as for the commerce site?

What is the best practice to track the source of profiles ?

Hi,What is the best practice to track the source of profiles ?We understood that the $source variable was a "technical" variable whose value could be overwritten in the life of the profile.e.g. :1 - a profile is created with $source = Facebook Leadgen campaign2 - the profile buys on Shopify. The $source becomes -50 for Shopify.It becomes impossible to calculate a conversion rate by source...So we created the Custom Property Source (without $) but we can't find it when we edit the profiles... also impossible to use the Custom Property "Source" to create a segment...Any help?

Track the data while creating campaigns with multiple lists

We set up the campaigns to our multiple segments using the method shown in the file. However when we export the analytics, it can only show the data for all of the segments not separately. I am wondering if there is another way separating the analytics by segments except creating multiple campaigns? Thanks

What {{event.extra... code do I need to enter to get a list of item IDs ordered?

Hi there,I’m trying to identify the necessary {{event.extra...}} parameter I need to enter in order to get a comma seperated list of all item IDs purchased? I understand that I can use ‘{{ event.extra.Items.0.ProductId }}’ but this will only give me the first product ID ordered. I need to get a list of all item IDs ordered and I’m struggling to work out the correct code to use for that? Thanks in advance!

Importing contact data mistake, how do I fix it?

Hi guys, I recently uploaded a CSV from my old ESP with all my contacts to add to my profiles in Klaviyo. None of the data corresponding to the date they subscribed imported, so it looks like everyone is brand new. This is preventing me from setting up some flows and doing more list cleaning in the future. I’d like to delete everything and try again, but I don’t know if I can do that or if it will just make a bigger problem. So, two questions. 1) If I delete everyone, can I re-add them with this data issue fixed? and 2) There appears to be no field in Klaviyo that matches to the date the person originally subscribed, hence the problem I had with matching. If there is, I missed it. Any insight? Thanks!

How do I reduce the size of a navigation bar?

I’ve uploaded jpeg screenshots for a navigation menu at the bottom of the email. For some reason, on gmail, it stretches it out larger in width than the rest of the email, making the rest of the email really small. See attachment. Any ideas? Thanks!

Profiles meeting segment condition but not entering it.

Hey, I can’t figure out why profiles that meet segment criterias won’t join the segment. I created a segment with a definition “Shopify Tags contains myTagName”, but when new customers with this tag subscribe on shopify, they don’t go into my segment. I thought the problem might come from the integration but not because the new customers show up in the profile section of Klaviyo. Has anybody had this issue before ?

Default review email link is not working

Hello, I used the email template to set up an flow for review request. I sent myself a preview, and when i clicked the “review this item”, i was led to a 404 page.There is a code in “review this item”, and it is default and i didnt change it, so I am wondering i was led to the 404 becasue it is a test email or i didnt set up this place properly?And if it needs to be set up accordingly, how?

No names on Facebook lead ad

I have created a Facebook lead ad, and connected it to my list in Klaviyo.But when the leads are added to the list, some of them are without names and only their mail appears. I can still see that the names are being registered under custom properties, but they are not synced with the individual profiles.Is this normal? Or have I done something wrong in the integration?

Web tracking only works for myself, not for customers (added to cart, product view, active on site)

Hey, I have a shopify store and have implemented the added to cart, product view and active on site triggers as instructed.When I then tried to trigger the events, I noticed that the events are only triggered on myself.For example, when a customer cancels the shopping cart, nothing is displayed under klaviyo profiles.I have tried just about everything....The other triggers all work so far. Custom fonts not showing anywhere - advice?

Hi all - new Klaviyo user here! I’ve been struggling getting custom fonts to work the way I want to. Our brand fonts are Libre Caslon (for headings) and Open Sans (for body text). These don’t appear to be supported by major email providers, but what’s even more frustrating is I can’t seem to get the fallback fonts to work either. I have tried so many different combinations of fallback fonts, here is an example that I’m currently using:<style type="text/css">@import url('https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Libre+Caslon+Text&family=Open+Sans&display=swap'); p, ol, li, ul { font-family: Open Sans, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; } h1, h2, h3, h4 { font-family: Libre Caslon Text, New York, Georgia, serif; }</style>As you can see, I’ve added multiple fallback fonts to increase the chances of them working, but they seem to default to the last option. I am wondering if other companies have been in the same position?These brand fonts are a big part of our identity as
