Abandoned cart content not working in Campaign (shopify)

Trying to create an email campaign with abandoned cart content in it, but its not working. Even also don’t have profile slider in the preview window to check the abandoned products etc.

Can someone help?

Hi,
You will want to check in the Metrics section of Analytics for the "Checkout Started" metric. If there are no reported events and everything stands at 0, it may indicate a problematic setup
