This is weird, Just wanted to confirm that you did the below?
Go to the Integrations tab in Klaviyo.
Ensure WooCommerce is not listed among your integrations. If it is, remove it again.
Clear your browser cache or try accessing Klaviyo from a different browser to make sure the changes take effect.
If the issue still persists, I would suggest to connect to klaviyo’s live chat support and they should be able to look into this in more details.

Yes I did all the mentioned steps and I believe its a system bug, because the only listed integration is Shopify.
Do you know if there is a way to receive support from Klaviyo via the forum? I havent paid for the full subscription yet.
