"At least once" "after" Date format?

I understand that Klaviyo is using the timezone in the account settings, and that in some cases YYYY-MM-DD is preferred, but for non-Americans… when building a segment and a date is for example 02/03/2023, is that MM-DD-YYY?

The timezone can be adjusted in the account settings and is used as a frame of reference to display dates and times for all tracked events. Regardless of this setting, segmentation will use the MM/DD/YYYY format.
