Automatically Applying a Shopify Coupon

Hey,

So, I have created a discount code in Shopify (using Optimonk) and laso uploaded that coupon code onto Kalviyo. Now, how do I make the CTA present in my email reach the checkout page directly with the discount code applied?

Thanks.
