Bot Click = True while also there is a viewed product event recorded.

Hi everyone,

How is it possible that the bot click is true, but a viewed product event was also created after clicking it?

I would really appreciate your insights on this.

@Nermine So it is possible purchases can happen without a direct click. The customer may have already had a tab open or may have clicked on a previous email or SMS, upon receiving the most recent email.

In this specific case, what we’re looking at is not a linear series of events. Does that make sense?
