Branded Email Settings when using custom nameservers??

Hello @vegemiteontoast  Not all hosting provider supports multiple NS, Either you will have to do with Static DNS Klaviyo or reach out to Squarespace support to see if they can do it in backend.

@Maxbuzz thank you for your reply, I just tried the Static and it still couldn’t verify via squarespace. Unsure why Klaviyo can’t see the info & what would squarespace be able to do on backend?

Hello @vegemiteontoast  Did you try adding the static DNS in the DNS entries setting in Bluehost Cpanel?

I just went into Cpanel and the Zone editor for the DNS records for the domain and could add in all of them except the TXT one as it has an @ sign & it won’t accept that….. for the static domain setup. What can I put instead of the ‘@’? Will my domain work?

Looks like the other 3 worked for the verification - I just need the last one….

This ‘simple’ task is getting annoying. I have multiple other domains I need to probably do the same thing for so I need to figure this out.

Being on the ‘free’ plan I can’t ask Klaviyo for help directly - and this should really be something that it provides direct support on.

If you wouldn’t mind I now have a 2nd issue I need to solve:

I had a huge number of profiles that suddenly appeared in Square which then got imported into Klaviyo, I have since removed the profiles from square but Klaviyo didn’t update and remove them as well.

I have tried to segment them unsuccessfully so I could then suppress them. I disconnected square integration and reconnected hoping it would clean up the profiles but it didn’t.

All the profiles I need removed have an email in their profile name - I have tried to segment via:

Properties about someone > First or last name > contains > @ > Type: Text

And then also adding in to make sure that they haven’t made a purchase + been active on my site + aren’t subscribed etc

All of the profiles I have to segment were created November 7th, 2023. But I still need the additional segmentation to ensure they aren’t actual people. 

Honestly it would be just great if what I took out of square Klaviyo then also took out. That would be my Simple's solution.

But it doesn’t work.
