Hello,

I’m creating a new flow that is testing out a variety of different emails. Is it possible to hold out a control groups, so a few people who qualify for the flow won’t receive anything?

Thanks,

John

Hi @John.Parker,

Thank you for sharing your question with us.

Yes! You can follow the model we outline here. In short, you’ll create a conditional split in your flow containing a random sample and designate what % of those users that qualify for the flow will proceed down the “Yes” path of the split. Then you can leave the “No” path blank so the users going down that path will simply exit the flow.

You may also find How to Take a Random Sample of a List or Segment helpful for future testing.
