Checkout Abandoned Flow with 3 price ranges

Hello, I want to create an abandoned checkout flow with these criteria:

5% OFF for people with products in cart under 1000.

7% OFF for people with products in cart above 1000, but under 2000

15% OFF for people with products in cart above 2000

Is oke how I’ve created this flow?
