Hi! Earlier this week we received notice that two of our clients abandoned checkout email flows had large drops in events. The flow trigger on both accounts is abandoned checkout through Shopify. We don’t see any issues with the Shopify integration on either account. There hasn’t been a decrease in sales for either client. The metric for both accounts has dropped and stayed down since. Any ideas why this might be?

Has the client recently performed any updates on their Shopify theme, perhaps without letting you know?

We had a similar issue a while back and we just needed to refresh the integration before everything went back to normal.
