CNAME entries for WIX

Hi, I am using the static routing set up option (domain is WIX but website is Shopify). Should the only entries in CNAME be the 3 klaviyo CNAME entries? Just checking that I should delete EVERYTHING that is already there in the CNAME boxes. Thanks so much

Hello @G0ld1 No , DO NOT DELETE the existing CNAME entries.

just add additional CNAME entries to enable the branded sending domain.

Thanks so much for confirming this!

I had already added the CNAME entries (leaving the existing ones there) and I've added the TXT entry too but it’s still not working. Do you have any other suggestions? thanks
