Conditional split has customer stuck in 'waiting' status

I have a post-purchase flow that has been working fine up until today. I have a customer stuck in the conditional split for seemingly no reason. When I preview the flow, it shows them moving through correctly. Trigger and profile filters are correctly set. Smart Send is unchecked for both emails in this flow. It’s been hours since they submitted their order, long past the 15-minute delay set in the flow. The flow and all emails were/are active, no edits made during this window that could be to blame. I have no idea how to manually push them through or prevent this from happening again. Is this just a glitch on the backend? I can’t submit a ticket because I’m on the free plan, which offers zero help even if it’s a system-related issue.
