We are sending an email asking our customers to book a meeting with us (using calendar); once the customer books the meeting calendly creates an event. “calendly.event_scheduled” is possible to send the event to klaviyo. Hence, we move the customer to the next step of the workflow?

Hi there,
There are a few ways you can connect Calendly to Klaviyo.
Via a service like Zapier; you can learn about Zapier’s connections to Klaviyo and Calendly here
Via custom code which utilizes Calendly’s APIs, which you can read about here (this page describes how Calendly’s webhooks can be used for event creation). Your code would need to send a custom event to Klaviyo each time the Calendly webhook notifies you that an event has been created/scheduled (you would use Klaviyo’s Track API for this).

Was anyone successful with getting the booking scheduled event through, and have you been able to setup the event automations for yes/no scenarios? Just interested to hear if its worth wasting my time here, haha.
