Create properties from carts on Woocommerce

Hello to all!Like many, we have a multilangual Woocommerce store. We are starting to use a flow for abandonned checkout and want to be able to send email in French or English.We see two ways in doing so; either with the property “Locale: Language” but that property doesn’t seem to be updated on the profiles/checkout.Our website use this architecture for the linksFrench : https://noxgaming.caEnglish : https://noxgaming.ca/enHowever, we still don’t see how we can use those too.Could you help us by helping us how we can add those properties?Thank you!

Hey @NOX_WillThank you for asking this question here in the communityI looked into this andWoocommerce doesn't actually pass any locale as per Klaviyo’s documentation -you could use the countryproperty which is assigned by Klaviyo but this wouldn't always be correct. It would require a custom solution of sorts which can assign that locale to the metric so that you can use it in a flow or segment for example.I hope this helps,ThanksArpit
