I am collecting the following details in a custom metric called ‘purchase’ upon checkout on our website.
Is it possible to implement these details into a contact template? E.g. sending a confirmation e-mail.
If so could you please provide an example or link to one. Apologies I’ve never used Klaviyo before.

Yes it is possible to add these details in a flow email. When you preview an email, you will see all the events coming in and you can copy (dynamic tag) whatever you want to show in your email and paste it in your email.
