I am making a birthday flow. I have a custom property in profiles by the name of Birthday but when i make a birthday flow and try to trigger it with date, I don’t see the Birthday property there. See attached-
The date in MM/DD/YYYY format as suppoerted by Klaviyo.
Can someone help?

Thanks for asking a great question in regards to date-triggered birthday flows.
Have you already verified that all profiles are correctly formatted? This often happens because there may be 1 profile that has text in the field and will automatically convert the property to “text” instead of “date”. It only takes 1 profile for this to happen.

When it come to a blank field you dont have to do anything. We will automatically make that property “null” for that profile until it is updated.
