Duplicates

Thank you so much for asking the Klaviyo Community for help with this! Just a quick question, do you mean duplicate profiles in a segment? There shouldn't be any duplicates unless they have used a different email address. If you click into List & Segment tab and then click into the segment you want to see the profiles in. You will have to manually evaluate each segment if you want to do it this way. You can also use the search bar at the top of your dashboard and search for a specific person, click into their profile and it will show you what list and segments they are in under the List & Segment block.
