The “Edit Campaign” option is no longer available to me to edit email drafts. (These are non-active emails, so I should have editing privileges.) My only options now are to view the campaign or copy the campaign ID (attached.)

Tried some general trouble-shooting to no success:

  • close/restart browser
  • incognito mode
  • clear cache
  • use a different browser
  • permissions in klaviyo reset

My colleague cannot edit emails either, we both have content-creator privileges. Do you know if there are any other suggested solutions? Is the server under maintenance?

Hi @Matt_Quill24,

It’s possible that Klaviyo updated the user permissions recently.

When referencing the User management and privileges reference doc, it states:

Content creators can create and edit templates. The tabs they have access to are:

Campaigns tab, but only to view this tab; they can't schedule or send campaigns, edit templates, or see analytics from sent campaigns

It could be possible that those campaign-page cloning and editing features were removed from this role. If you upgrade your role to the Campaign Coordinator role, you should have access to clone and edit templates within the campaigns tab.

Cheers,
Bobby
