Hey @alexnrhodes

On your website, locate your form and right click on your mouse and click on ‘inspect’ and this will open up a window as you see below, and on the right side is the styles. If you know html and css, you should be able to find any css code that is over-riding the styling of your embed form code. If its difficult for you to understand this, I would suggest contacting a developer and they would be able to help figure this out.

I hope this helps,

Thanks,
Arpit

Hey @alexnrhodes

Welcome to Klaviyo community,

If the forms do not look like how they are in the Klaviyo editor, this is due to the CSS styles from the site overriding it. You will need to check the styles for any popup related styles which may have an 'important' tag which will override Klaviyo. This could also be changes with spacing, padding, font formatting etc

Let me know if this helped you fix this,

Thanks
Arpit

Not particularly, it is an embedded form not a popup. I am not sure what you mean by “styles”, can you elaborate?
